    Observations 06 Dec 2013
    Cosatrak 1 (Computerised satellite Tracking System).
    FLI ML8300M CCD camera with mechanical shutter + Trimble GPS 
    Used with 135mm focal length f/2.8 TAMRON lens.
    Field of view 7.6 x 5.7 degrees.
    Processed and measured manually.
    Site 0433 : Longitude 18.51294 deg East, Latitude -33.94058 deg,
    Elevation 10 metres-situated in Pinelands (Cape Town),South Africa

    (1) Following the success of Ted in acquiring the rocket I checked
    what I had gotten watching the predicted area and found a very faint
    trail - probably around mag +8 which is obviously not the rocket but
    might well be related to the mission. Several frames were taken of the 
    area and about six or seven frames cover the time span it would have
    taken the object to cross the field of view. Only in the last three
    was the trail visible so either the object was in shadow prior to the
    first visible image or the object was variable - I suspect the former.
    I did see it at the time but discarded it as the rocket and, as it 
    turns out I should have waited a few more minutes and might then have
    got the rocket :-(((
