    I am uncertain whether it includes the 1.5 min launch delay.
    
    It is similar to the one for MCubed-2 that I updated for the delay:

    I prefer these orbits as the basis to search for the Centaur over my 78803 guess. It is likely to be leading or trailing
    the above. I suggest a planar search within at least +/- 10 minutes of prediction. Wide field of FOV recommened.
