I just pulled the latest elsets from SpaceTrack and the objects you
were missing were all present in the database and their elsets were at
    most 4 days old.

The command I use is the following; you can paste it into your browser
but may have to log into SpaceTrack on a different tab first.
    https://www.space-track.org/basicspacedata/query/class/tle_latest/ORDINAL/1/EPOCH/%3Enow-30/format/3le

This will download the latest three line elements for each object
which has a value for the epoch that is at most 30 days old.

    Regards.
        Cees
