    Let's hope not. I tracked it into eclipse and it became noticably
    fainter and then invisible right as predicted by the elset.
    
    The low perigee and the apogee near GEO altitudes suggest that this
    may be an upper stage of a recent launch, as the drag at the 300 km
    perigee altitude would've reduced the apogee altitudes if it had been
    in orbit for a while. So far I haven't been able to match it to any
    recent launch.
