    SSC has released a new final TIP for 11-078B / 38037 (Soyuz r/b) dated
    18:01 GMT 
      and it fits the observations perfectly in time and position: 16:25 +/-
    minute, 49 N 7 E.
    Many reports to various organisations, astronomy mailinglists and to me 
    personally here in the Netherlands, andthe first items are now appearing
    in news 
    media: it appears to have been widely seen in the east and south of the
    (which had clear skies).
    I missed it here in the west of the Netherlands, it got clouded the hour
