    MHI and JAXA announced that H-IIA F20 with IGS 7A (IGS-R3) will
    be launched on December 12, 2011, 01:21-01:35 UTC from TNSC.
    It had been postponed from December 11. There is a possibility
    of further delays depending on weather conditions.

    Local time of the ascending node passage will be around 22:30.
    Local time of the descending node passage will be around 10:30.
