    Fobos-Grunt on my best pass yet was slowly varying from mag +1.5 -> 4. Discounting first 2 points due to clouds, period would be about 21 seconds. Did not seem to be even like a sine wave but hard to tell with lots of high cirrus about. All naked eye on it - much too fast for my panning binoculars. 28538 seen as UNID, in 20 x 80s.
