    NOTES:
    ---------
    (1) Terrible conditions - bright moon and much fast moving cloud which
played havoc with the electronic light control of the camera.

    (2) Noss 2-3(A) very faint and variable.

    (3) IGS 5A rather difficult - only gets to about 10 degree elevation
before shadow entry, so like most of the Japanese "classified"
satellites are seldom observed due to local buildings etc.

    Cheers
    Greg
