Mentor 2 obs = what the heck with obs reduce

    According to obsreduce, the sat was early. What it gives.
    
    Obs - Pred: 0.006 deg X-track; 124.681 s early, relative 4.19 day old elset:

    Sorry, to my illogical brain, the sat was roughly 2 minutes late. The sat passed by a certain star roughly 2 minutes later, then the time guide 8 show's it to pass by at. That tell's me it's west of where, the sat is shown to be in guide 8, and this not at the predicted orbital slot.
