    I accessed it using two common browsers, and I still cannot find any reference on that site to 296 km perigee for object
    11010A / 37375. Is it on some sort of altitude history plot? If the design of the site enables, I would appreciate a
    link to the exact page with the information you referenced. Better still, you should ask Chip to explain how he arrived
    at the value you claim to have seen, and then report back.
