For 20302 1989-085A, I was looking at the area of the sky to the Northeast, where Capella is now in relation to me. I was a bright, maybe +1, naked-eye flash to the
right of Capella, I noted the time and then looked with my binoculars, saw nothing. A few seconds later, I saw another dimmer flash in the same area, again nothing in
the binoculars. After I finished observing, I found at that general position Navstar 16 (20302 1989-085A) and Molniya 1-62r2 (15223) near each other, but I believe it
was Navstar 16, since I have seen other Navstar satellites flash in the past. Anyway always nice to seen a bright naked-eye flash when not expecting one.

    Regards,
    Bill
