9900000 is a bright object, probably in a GTO, for which I
cannot find a match. I followed it intermittently over about
2.6 hours hoping an orbit can be derived.

The object first observed by Greg on 24 December and now
called 08-859A was difficult to detect initially and
required a 120s exposure time but was far brighter when
next observed about 3 hours later. Mag range at least 3.
Fortunately, its inclination is low so remains almost a
point source; for a trailing object there's no advantage
    in a longer exposure time.
