Of the four decays reported for Dec.4, only one (#33195 COSMOS 2421 DEB
2006-026QB) could have been marginally over the horizon in NE, but ten
    minutes earlier.
(Two other C*2421 debris, one recent Long March debris below)
SpaceTrack doesn't list the time for any of these, but from elsets I
estimate it decayed on a later pass.

A fireball was observed at Vejer de la Frontera, Cadiz (Spain,
    36.2500N, 5.9670W) on December 4 at 18:15 GMT (19:15 CET). The witness
reported the fireball was observed from Vejer de la Frontera and from 50 km
    away from that town.
