Just saw a good pass of the "toolbag" (33442 / 98-067BL using 10x50
    binoculars but this time
it seemed a little fainter than when I saw it previously and was varying
    slightly and irregularly.
When it passed by xi Cep it looked about 6.8 magnitude and when it passed
    nu And, it was
about 6.5 magnitude. The corresponding quicksat intrinsic magnitude was
    about +8.2 and
the (Matson's) Skymap standard magnitude was +9.2-9,.4 . Nice object,
    moving very
rapidly, but not easy to see in a bright moonlit sky.
