Would anybody be aware of a software utility that can convert an epoch (tle epoch) into conventional year/calendar date format and do vice versa? I know how to do the calculations long hand and am just looking for something more convenient to do the work for me. After Googling around I can't find anything bar some web sites that come close to offering what I'm after and I'd prefer something on my drive to do the job rather than having to go online every time. So if there is a bit of suitable software out there (it doesn't have to be a freebie) I'd certainly be interested in knowing about it.
