    Between 2114-2158 UTC ( Dec 21 )a ariene 5 rocket will liftoff with, the RascomStar-QAF and
Horizons-2 geo satellites.
 
RascomStar-QAF will be parked at 2.85 degrees East.

Horizons-2 is going to 74 degrees West, where Galaxy 17 and SBS 6 are parked.
