    Umm, it seems like it could be ours again, at least *if* the reentry was
    over
    New York area and not Arizona. Don't think it could survive one more orbit.
    
    See TIPs for object 32383 (Soyuz FG 3rd stage). Two latest reports give the
    reentry
    point at 25.5N, 76.5W and 18S, 96W at 11:18 and 11:24. This orbit goes south
    from
    the New York area to Cuba and Panama.
