SpaceFlightNow.com reports observation of the Centaur 
fuel dump at 6:55 PM EST (4:55 UTC).  On CloudyNights.com 
binoculars forum there's a report from North Carolina that 
may be it also.

Thank you very much to Bob Christy for the very helpful 
reply regarding what I thought might be a possible launch 
observation.  I didn't know where to find all of the launch
information.
