    At between 3:37 to 3:38 UTC ( Dec 31) Telstar 402R flared to around Mag 7. I call it a flare, as
    it last much longer then a flash. So Telstar 402R is still slowly rotating. Will have to use the
    scope on it again, since I can see fainter that way.

    And finally my report, on my Discovery of NSS 7 flashes.

    While watching for Telstar 402R for flares are flashes, at 5:01:26 UTC ( Dec 31 ) I noticed a
    bright flash near the bottom right of the video. I aimed there to check to check, incase something
    was flashing there. I hadn't used the larger file of satellites tle's, just a file on flashing geo
    objects I have observed, so I didn't check at that time, to see if a object was there. Once I
    observed my seconds flash, I knew it was a real object, and not noise as I call it.

    I then used the bigger tle file, and was able to confirm it was NSS 7 ( 21989 ). Ah another geo
    sat is flashing nicely:)

    I had put the wrong catalog number in my last message, and was going to correct it, with this
    message. Mike let me know anyways in the mean time, of my mess up. Thanks anyways mike.

    Observed flashing from NSS 7, from 5:01:26 to 5:15:07 UTC ( Dec 31 )

    92- 32 A 06-12-31 05:13:55   KF                36     mag +6->inv

    It gave much brighter flashes before that time.

    No leo sat observing, because of those darn white things!!!!!
