flashes from ASC 1

    Tonight during a short clear sky, I aimed at Telstar 402R, to see when it might be flashing.
    
    Instead I ended up looking at the nearby ASC 1 ( 15994 ) as it put on a show.

    At the above time, It was around 
    
    3 h 15 m R.A
    -6 deg 41 min Dec
