My apologies if this is received by SeeSat a third time but it
seems it is being rejected somewhere as spam. I suspect its
because of the URL I gave in my original message which I have
changed now. I hate these big brothers who like to reject
    legitimate mail.

    Notes:
    ---------

     (1) I plan to track tonight but only looking for some lost satellites
and checking out the latest version of HEAVENSAT ( V1.98) released
yesterday. This version now includes the latest update to the SGP4/
SDP4 model codes (from the original SPACETRACK #3 report) - released
in August 2006 and discussed in SeeSat about a month back. Unless
I am mistaken this is the first public release of a program using
this code. Well done Aleks! The program also corrects several bugs
in the previous version and has several other interesting changes
which I have still to explore. The new release is a "patch" which you
simply unzip in your original installed directory.
The URL for the program is

       http://www.heavensat dot ru/english/

this is what I changed - replace the "dot" with a "."

It is somewhat strange that I post the IDENTICAL message to another
    group
       and have no problems.

    Cheers
    Greg
