    They found a problem with the TacSat-2 satellite (or satellite software). There appears to be something wrong with being able to point the solar panels correctly.
    
    When asked at a press conference how long the delay would be the answer was, "It could be a couple of days, it could be three weeks, it's too early to tell right now."
