     Hello
    I am a little confused.
    Are there two ANDE?
The timeline shows the MEPSI and RAFT go out the day before ANDE. I think
the MEPSI and the RAFT each consist of two tethered cubesats.
The 19" spherical ANDE might be an interesting flasher as it is gold on one
side and black on the other. It also has six lasers that will be turned on
when it is over Maui, and corner reflectors.
    Dale
