    Just noted that NASA has the orbits for Shuttle flight STS-116 up now:

    Quick check shows me my little corner of the World is going to miss it entirely 
    - no visible passes for my location...   :-(
    
    The given MECO tle seems wrong again, but is in darkness anyway. For the 
    records, this version I made from the given vector using Scott Campbell's 
    software is probably  better (I hope):
