    I do the same, and see no need for other compilations.
    
    If I do want a subset, I use a selection file (only USSTRATCOM/"NORAD"
    numbers required) with my program 'applysel' or Mike's xf7 (needs
    a sample TLE file) or xf6. If you run QuickSat (and HighFly?) the
    selection file can have a single code character to classify each
    interesting object, and restrict predictions to 1-5 selected codes.
