Hi folks:

Just updated the same page - top image of a Northbound pass of 02-003E , 
28243  with peak-hold image showing the alternative bright/dim flashes..

There are subtle brighness difference only seen in video and not so 
apparent  in the  single peak-hold image.
Using my wrist watch I timed ( from avi file) timing is ~ 7.77 sec.
