    Both entries are correct.
    The number of decimal places is determennd by the software by using
    accurancy and the number of flashes; mostly the last.
    
    I agree with Bjorn that the period is 22+ sec.
    
    On all but one of my obs I had 1 or more 22+ sec cycles at the end;
    even 2 with a 44 sec cycle.
    
    Still clouded here, but the weekend is probably a little bit better.
