Axis shift

    The article

indicates that the recent quake shifted the earths axis by two thousandths 
of an arcsecond.
Anyone any idea how    or   if      this affects  orbiting spacecraft.

Interestingly the artcicle suggests ..... "The shifting is visible only in Y 
direction, that is longitude 90° and 270°. But it is not visible on 
Greenwhich."
