    True, there were plans(dating from 1993 or even earlier) for a Sich 2 
    satellite wich is of a totally different design.  This new improved 
    satellite would have been launched with a two stage Zenit rocket.
    
    I would suggest to Bram to put this satellite(and the Tsyklon upper stage) 
    in the BWGS programme.  This is a good candidate for a flasher.
