    Report time: 11:00 UTC

SCC'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Dec 26, 13:47 UTC - shows the decay on:

    26 December, 12:45 UTC +/- 01 minutes (32.0S, 314.3E) descending over
    the South Atlantic.

    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 03461.251...+ 03461.494... (SFX 092, ap 012)
    the decay on:

over the Atlantic near the coast of Brazil.

Remarks: I hope this message will appear on the list. All preceding forecasts
are submerged in a "Bermuda triangle". I saw these mysterious losts
(only to SeeSat-L) now for a couple of months. The opinion of my provider
(The German Telecom people): Someone at the receiving server site "blocked"
my eMails.... I can't believe it....
