The progress 16 spacecraft as it's called by nasa, will launch at 22:19 UTC ( 23 ) and Dock with
the iss at around 23:31 UTC ( Dec 25 ). It appears that the iss will make a pass in a bright
twilight sky for area's of south america around the time of docking, so you might be able to see
the progress very close to the iss.
