    within a second or two of Ted Molczan's Post manouver TLE
    I would have seen it if I had been looking naked eye, as it did a mag -2.5
    flare just some 5 seconds before first position above! The mag 2 reported is
    what the magnitude was at that instant.
    
    Saw Noss 3-2 rocket at 1326 UT usually mag 4 with brightenings to mag 3,
     perhaps a reddish tinge.
    the 2 payloads followed at 1330UT both about mag 4.5. Trailing one was 8-10
    arc minutes to east of leader. timed separation 14.5 seconds.
