    Yes, Intelsat 5-1 r is another name for this satellite:)
    
    It's part of the rocket used to launch the INTELSAT 501 satellite. It was launched on May 23,
    1981.
    
    Check the path of the other flasher, as to me it don't look like the path that cosmos 2346 took.
    
    Looking at that one, to try to id.
