    It looks like the rotation for Gorizont 13 hasn't changed much 
    since Ed Cannon's PPAS report in October:

    Superbird A:
    The phase shift occurred at 03:46:00 UTC, 22 December.
    I manager to observe both the flash sessions. There was a period of 
    6:33 between the 2 sessions where no flashing was observed.
