Could the previous launch where only 2 birds appeared have had a third bird that was missed? With all the focus on the two birds that did appear could a third have been secretly deployed unnoticed since all eyes were on the other two? Is there historical precedent for such an event? Admitedly far fetched but since I know little about these things and am unable to check for myself I thought it best to throw out to the experts.
