Glonass launch re-entry possibility

    Dec. 10 there was a Proton-Glonass launch:

    At least two of what I think are the same type have resulted 
    in spectacular re-entries northbound over the USA, west Texas 
    to great plains and midwest, with other pieces over Europe, I 
    believe:

    So we may be seeing such reports again, though none yet that
