    Observation arc 2003 Dec 07.70 - 08.75 UTC:

    NOSS leader 0.0 0.0 0.0 4.9 v
    1 71001U 03054A 03342.73415904 .00000057 00000-0 10000-3 0 05
    2 71001 63.4231 287.6944 0128885 180.6761 179.4109 13.39782084 07

    WRMS residuals = 0.013 deg

    NOSS trailer 0.0 0.0 0.0 4.9 v
    1 71002U 03054B 03342.73448435 .00000057 00000-0 10000-3 0 01
    2 71002 63.4366 287.7339 0124063 181.1936 178.8810 13.39757995 05

    WRMS residuals = 0.013 deg

The elements are still a bit uncertain, due to the short arc.

The updated elements place the manoeuvres about 10 to 15 min after they passed
out of range of the tracking stations discussed in my earlier post:

    http://satobs.org/seesat/Dec-2003/0121.html

Given the small size of the manoeuvres, there is likely to be more than the
    usual uncertainty in their times.
