Report time: 17:00 UTC 1998-012A (#25233) SNOE SNOE means "Students Nitric Oxid Explorer" was a small but very valuable atmospheric research satellite, with a mass of 117 kg. I am assisting now the reentry team to follow the decay and the reentry of the - at this time - full stabilized object. My forecast - in general agreement also with Alan Pickups prediction -delivers: 13 December,14:45 UTC +/- 10 hours (52.5°N, 203.6°E) descending over the Pacific south of the Aleutian Islands. I will update my predictions daily and starting 4 days before decay more frequently.
