Observed the four high objects from the 02-060 launch.  Cosmos 2393-2395
or GLONASS 791-793 (#27617-619) plus Block DM rkt (#27620) on
31 Dec 02 with 8" Celestron in Falcon CO

The rkt was perhaps mag 10.5 for a std mag of 4.5.  The GLONASS objects were
around mag 10 for a std mag of about 4.  Range for all were around 19370 km.

I was just able to see all three GLONASS objects simultaneously using a 40 mm
eyepiece.  Another day and that may not be possible.
