88-89 elsets ?

    Its mixup time again...  These elements are probably wrong assigned.

    Cospar code must be from another Ariane launch not 88-89(=NOAA 11 objects,
    and these are in LEO).  88-98 is not a candidate because D, E and F are
    already catalogued as 23290, 23966 and 23845.
    
    Does anyone have a guess to which Ariane launch these objects belong ?
