An observation back from Dec. 4 17:55 PDT = Dec. 5
1:55 UTC:

2 bright flashes to mag -2 about 4 sec apart, N-bound
in the W sky, were ID'd as 23533 DMSP B5D2-8,
predicted mag 6.2.
