A summary of the latest update to my Decay Watch page, possibly the last
one until December 30 or so.. It appears that OIG's feed of fresh elsets
for this, and most (if not all) other objects, stalled about 22 hours
    ago.

Note: I have this decaying near northern apex on the following SatEvo-
    predicted rev:
    Galaxy 3C aux motor 710 x 86 km
    1 27448U 02029F 02357.54901821 6.24658852 30149+2 42711-2 0 92325
    2 27448 46.5525 213.1695 0460471 72.2239 292.7469 15.56411605 5073
This puts it eastbound over Romania on a track across Europe from
Nantes, France, at 13:30 UTC to Zurich, Switzerland, at 13:32, and
Bucharest, Romania, at 13:35. SCC puts the decay in the same area one
rev later and has a similarily large uncertainty.
