    If I may speak for Rob, I am convinced he means that the full 12-18 hours
    of visibility should be covered by a number of observers.
    
    The angles were supplied as an invariable reference, when converting an
    already covered interval to a future date (analagous to our use of
    'searched -xx to +yy minutes from search elset #3')
