CoSaTrak 1, 85mm f/1.6 lens with 0.003 lux CCD surveillance camera.
+ 25mm f/1.4 lens with 0.01 lux surveillance camera
Conditions - very poor - much cirrus

Notes:
(1) This is probably the last time I will see USA 125 (96-038A) this
visibility spell. The observations above were made in strong twilight
and I was quite suprised that I did in fact see it. The last position
may not be as good as the first two due to difficulty in seeing the
satellite on the video tape.
(2) An attempt was made to locate USA 129 - (96072A) but at 9 degrees
elevation and thick cirrus it was not seen.
(3) An attempt to locate USA 161 - (01044A) also failed. The expected area
was observed from 22h50UT to 23h18mUT at an elevation of about 14 degrees
and although several satellites were seen none were the correct object.The
satellite must have either been fainter than about magnitude 7.5 or not
in the area at all. Another attempt will be made later this week-weather
permitting.
