Hello everyone,

Due to work overload (again !), I won't have time to make updates to my Obsat 
web site, the same for the object descriptions on Alan Pickup's Decay Watch 
page. Everything should be back to normal in about 2 weeks. But I will continue 
to post the TLEs for the disco balls.
