Newbie shuttle viewing question

    Warning - very unscientific, newbie question :-)
    
    I realize the Shuttle is to land soon, but what direction in the sky,
    approximately how far above the horizon, and at what time (Pennsylvania -
    EST) might I catch an ISS and Shuttle pass with binoculars?
