    I forgot to emphasize this : moving W-E does not affect R.A.
    20 degrees further East, it is the same RA (01:58 tonight), but 0.5
    degrees higher, because the satellite track is inclined, and the
    satellite is seen at this position 12 minutes later, because of the
    parallax.
