2000-049E (#26501) Proton DM stage Auxiliary Motor

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - Dec 30, 12:07 UTC - shows the decay on
     30 December, 12:22 +/-03 hours (18.3°S, 320.0°E)
on an ascending pass near the Brasilian Atlantic coast.
MPM+ REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01364.141... 01364.284...
+ (SFX 255, ap 18) the decay on
     30 December, 12:17 +/- 27 minutes (35.32°S, 296.83°E)
on the same pass over Argentina.
It looks a little bit weird to see the preparation of the final
prediction before the decay....
