    I am pleased to report that regular updates of my elset files have 
    resumed following the repair of the computer system at the Royal 
    Observatory, Edinburgh.
    
    Also, I have just updated my Decay Watch page with new predictions for 
    #26501, the Raduga 1-5 aux motor, and #26999, Jason 1 Delta 2 rocket. A
