    Hi all,
    I'm using Win XP pro in french and have no problems with any of my software;
    Iridflar works fine in conjunction with ansi.exe. STS Plus works fine too but I
    cannot tell about Skymap because I don't use it. The only problem I had is ASPI
    drivers for my CD burning tools, but it's now fixed.

    I must admit that Win XP is way more stable than any other Windoze I used in
    the past but I don't know if the difference between the home and pro versions
    are very different. My opinion concerning upgrading to Win XP is different than
    others on this list: if you think you're happy with Win 98se or ME... just try
    Win XP and you may be more happy. But, it is true that drivers may not be
    available for some piece of your hardware so have a look before upgrading.
